Ingredients

    2 cups dry lentils
    1 can Select Harvest Zesty Tomato Bisque
    2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 cup cauliflower flowerets
    1.5 cups cole slaw without dressing
    4 ounces rotini
    6 cups water

Directions

Cook lentils in water until soft; add Cajun seasoning and soup, stir. Add vegetables and pasta. Cook until pasta and vegetables are soft.
