Ingredients

2 1/2 cups homemade almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup raw unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup organic agave or organic raw honey
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1 tbsp + 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 medjool dates, pitted and diced
3 tbsp organics semi-sweet choc. chips
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls, except the choc. chips and coconut. Add wet to dry. Stir to combine. Add choc chips and coconut. Mix together. Roll dough into 20, 1 inch balls and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy with a glass of home made almond milk. :)
