    Beef, top sirloin, 44 oz(remove) (2.75 pounds)
    Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs)(remove)
    Milk, 2%, .66 cup(remove)
    *Canola Oil Non-stick Spray (2-3 second spray), 10 serving(remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1.5 cup(remove)
    *365 Brand Panko Bread Crumbs, .75 cup(remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp(remove)


Cut milanesa in half
Dredge each piece in flour (seasoned with salt and pepper) then in egg (beaten with worcestershire sauce and milk) then in mixed, seasoned breadcrumbs.
Cook on waffle iron - griddle side- closed for 3 minutes, turn then cook for 2 more minutes. Spray each piece on both sides with canola oil spray before placing on griddle.
