Ingredients

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbl Splenda granular
2 Tbl melted butter
3 Tbl egg substitute
1 4-serving package sugar-free vanilla pudding
prepared with 1 3/4 c skim milk
1 banana, sliced
1 4-serving package sugar-free chocolate pudding
prepared with 1 3/4 c skim milk
2 Tbl mini chocolate chips
8 Servings Cool Whip Lite (16 Tbl)
Directions
Spray 9" pie plate with Pam or similar cooking spray.
Stir together grahams, cocoa, Splenda.
Stir in melted butter and egg substitute.
Press dough onto bottom & sides of 9" pie plate.
Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Cool
Make puddings (cool if using cook-and-serve).
Pour vanilla pudding into cooled pie crust.
Top with sliced banana.
Gently pour chocolate pudding on top of bananas.
Top with chocolate chips. Chill until ready to serve.
Top with dollops of Cool Whip.
Makes 8 servings.
