Ingredients

2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
1.5 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Make well in center and add:
3/4 cup egg yolks
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Icing
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pound confectioners sugar
Directions
Sift flour, sugar, baking power and salt
Make well in center and add egg yolks, oil, and lemon juice
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff peaks form
Slowly fold in flour mixture that has been stirred until smooth
Pour into angel food cake pan and bake at 350 for 55 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 64 - 1/2 inch pieces
