Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups assorted lettuce (Romaine, spinach & Arugula)
    1 large sliced English cucumber
    12 grape tomatos cut in half
    20 medum baby carrots
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    6 oz grilled T-bone steak, chopped or cut in strips
    4 TBSP Blue cheese dressing

Tips

Yummy with baked pear for desert!


Directions

cut lettuce & veggies & arrange nicely on 2 plates.
Cut steak (re-warm a bit if desired) and arrange artfully on plates. Top with blue cheese dressing. Split all ingredients evenly.

Serving Size: Makes two lunch size helpings
