Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/2 cup mashed banana
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1/3 cup flour
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup blueberries

Tips

Add the blueberries last so they aren't squished while mixing.

Directions

Combine all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix until egg and dry ingredients are all incorporated. Bake at 375 for ~15min.
