Shrimp, raw, 4 oz (Cocktail shrimp meat)
3 Meatball Salute - Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, 4 serving
Pesto alla Genovese - Basil Pesto (1/4 cup = 1 Serving), .25 serving (1 tbsp)
Garlic, 3 tbsp (minced)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (1 can, drained)
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (2 cans, drained)
Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Allspice, .5 tsp
Cumin seed, .25 tsp
Tips
You may either serve the dish over the rice or mix the rice into the contents of the pot.
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place meatballs in bottom of pot.
Thaw/rinse cocktail shrimp and add to pot over meatballs.
Season with onion powder, black pepper, Allspice and ground cumin seed.
Add Teriyaki sauce.
Drain and add corn.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Cover and set on Low.
About 1/2 hour prior to serving, boil water and cook rice.
