    1 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup of white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cup blended oatmeal
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 oz chocolate bar (your choice)
    1 1/2 cup nuts (your choice)


Measure oatmeal, and blend in a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars together, adding eggs and vanilla. Mix together salt, soda, baking powder with oatmeal and blend together. Add oatmeal mixture to butter mixture along with chocolate bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place on two inch cookie sheet. Bake for 6-9 minutes or longer if crispier desired. Make about 60 cookies.
