Ingredients

    6 medium raw carrots (increase/decrease depending on how many people you're serving--6 is enough for 3, 5 enough for 2)
    nonstick spray such as Pam
    NuSalt, pepper, and other seasonings

Directions

Preheat oven/toaster oven to 400 degrees. Line a tray or pizza pan in aluminum foil and set aside.
Wash carrots and slice (lengthwise) into whatever thickness you prefer for french fries.
Place in a shallow, wide dish and spray with nonstick spray; sprinkle with seasonings; mix fries with your hands, spray and sprinkle one last time, and then transfer to prepared cooking dish.
Bake for 18-25 minutes
