Introduction

This is my favorite dressing, especially for hearty salads with kale and chopped veggies. This is my favorite dressing, especially for hearty salads with kale and chopped veggies.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 C Tahini
    3 Cloves Garlic
    1/2 C Lemon Juice (Approx 2 lemons)
    1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
    2 T Olive Oil
    3-4 T MIso Paste (white is the mildest)
    2-4 t Siracha (or other hot sauce)
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

This can be thinned out by adding some water. Very simple base to add you own flavors to.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender, or small bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth and keep unused portions refrigerated.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Cup
