Ingredients

    1.5 cup whole oats
    10 egg whites
    3/4 cup Fage 0% Total Yogurt
    3/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 banana (optional)
    sprinke of cinnamon (optional)

Tips

You may want to play around with the recipe as the consistancy is slightly different than a pancake. I cook the batch and then freeze 3 in each freezer bag.


Directions

In a blender, blend whole oats into a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Cook on a non-stick skillet the way you would cook normal pancakes.

Serving Size: 15 pancakes 6 inches in diameter.
