Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbls. canola oil
    16 oz. lean ground turkey
    7 green onions (chopped)
    1 tbls. sweet marsala wine
    2 tbls. soy sauce
    2 tbls. worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. bag of cole slaw mix
    15-20 egg roll wrappers

Directions

Heat oil in large wok or frying pan. Brown ground turkey. Once the turkey is cooked through, add remaining ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cabbage has wilted. Place a desired amount of filling on a wrapper and roll accordingly.

Place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Once your sheet is full, lightly spray the tops of the egg rolls. Bake at 350 for 7- 10 minutes.

    These are filling enough to stand alone for a fantastic lunch or dinner!

    I omitted the wine and added 1/2 teaspoon of five spice powder for a little extra flavor.

    These are delicious and very filling!

    Few suggestions-add minced garlic to the turkey mixture-a few extra splashes of Worstie and soy to the mixture to amend dryness and serve with this sauce:

    1/2 c soy sauce,1 tsp dry mustard,2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp vinegar,1 tsp brown sugar, grated ginger
