Introduction

Just something I threw together and don't fancy re-writing every time I eat it. Just something I threw together and don't fancy re-writing every time I eat it.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    - About 30 small rice papers (the things you make spring onions with)
    - 1 small (240g) tin of tuna in water
    - 30 green olives
    - 1 medium tin of sweetcorn

Tips

Use the rest of the tuna and sweetcorn mix for other things if you don't make these often; it goes well with jacket potatoes, or in sandwiches.

Directions

1 - Mix together the tuna, olives and sweetcorn. Play around with extras; this is just the rock bottom base mix.

2 - Soak a rice paper in the water for about 30 seconds. Then gently remove and place on a completely flat and clean surface.

3 - Take 1 heaped tsp of the mixture and place it near one edge of the paper. Fold in the ends on either side, and then roll it up like a spring roll.

4 - You CAN fry them if you want to, but I don't. Doing so obviously increases the fat content hugely, and the rice paper doesn't need to be cooked once it has been soaked. The calories etc. in this recipe assume you eat them as they are, without frying them.
