    Barilla Plus Angel Hair, cooked and drained, 1 lb
    Tahini, 2 Tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp
    Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp
    Ground Ginger, 1 tsp
    Lite Soy Sauce, 4 Tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
    Carrot, 1 large, peeled & shredded


Makes 8 servings
Cook pasta, rinse in cold water, drain well. Mix tahini, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cayenne pepper and ginger together. Toss well drained pasta with dressing to coat. Add shredded carrot and mix well. Serve cold or room temperature.
