Ingredients

    10 Cabbage Leaves
    1lb Ground Turkey
    1/2Large Onion, Chopped
    1 cup whole grain brown rice
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup 2% Milk
    16 oz canned tomato sauce
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Boil Cabbage leaves until slightly wilted (3-5 min)
2. mix ground turkey, onion, rice, egg, milk, salt & pepper in a bowl
3. in a separate bowl mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.
4. put 1/10th of the meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll.
5. place in crock pot and pour tomato sauce mixture over the top.
6. cook on low for 7-9 hours

Serving Size: makes 10 stuffed cabbage
