Ingredients

    8 small potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 cup chopped yam
    3 large carrots, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 med onions, chopped
    6 cups Campbell's Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    0.5 cup skim milk

Tips

Can also add shredded cheese or bacon pieces for a little more flavour. Not included in calculation.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except milk in slow cooker. Cook for 8-10 hours on low (or longer...). Pour all ingredients of slow cooker into blender and blend until everything combined. Put into large pot on stove and slowly stir in milk. Serve.
