Introduction

Mock meatloaf... instead of using beef. Mock meatloaf... instead of using beef.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Perdue ground chicken (1 lb. package)
    1 chopped medium onion
    Black pepper
    1 Egg
    1/4 cup Jiffy corn muffin mix
    Season salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Does not matter in what order. Spray cooking pan with cooking spray. Shape mixture into 4 meatloaf shaped patties and place in pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes until brown.
