Ingredients

    *1/2 pound ground turkey
    *3 oz tomato paste
    *1 cup water
    *1/2 medium onion, chopped
    *1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    *1/2 tsp chopped garlic
    *Cinnamon to taste
    *Cumin to taste
    *Chili powder to taste
    *Cayenne powder to taste (optional)
    *4 Light Wheat Hamburger Buns
    *2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
    *2 tbsp Ketchup
    *Pinch of cheddar cheese
    *Dollop of Sour Cfream

Directions

*Add onion, garlic, and pepper to pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat. Sautee for 3-4 minutes, until fragrant
*Add ground turkey and brown, about 5 minutes.
*Add tomato paste, spices, BBQ sauce, and Ketchup. Let reduce until thick.
*Serve on toasted hamburger buns; top with cheese and sour cream and a FORK! :)
