This smoothie is easy to make it has loads of potassium giving you tons of energy to start your day or even get you past that 2 o'clock feeling it is very easy to make and very easy to store for another day. I have not met someone who does not like this shake. Ingredients

    9 sliced big and small strawberries
    1.5 cups of milk
    .5 cups of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (can use no-fat or lactose free)
    1 average sized banana

Tips

you can add sugar if you do not find it sweet enough but it is very good

Blend all in one shot best served cold
