*La Costena Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (3 peppers w/sauce), .33 serving (remove)
*Orowheat 100% Whole Wheat Bun, 3 serving (remove)
*Cheese-Finlandia ReduceFat Havarti 1 slice, 3 serving (remove)
Onions, raw, 3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
*Kraft Light Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 5 tbsp (remove)
*Chicken, Tyson 100% All Natural Boneless Skinless Breasts Frozen, 12 oz (remove)
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 leaf outer (remove)
Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
*Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
1.) Sprinkle 1/2 - 1 tsp of cajun seasoning on each side of chicken breasts then grill both sides in 2 tbsp of butter (or without).
2.) While chicken is grilling mix 5 tbsp of miracle whip light, 2 minced cloves of garlic, .25 tsp of cajun seasoning, and 1.5 chopped chipotle pepper with sauce into a small bowl to make you aoili.
3.) Toast buns in toaster oven and then place 1 slice of light havarti cheese on top bun and broil until melted.
4.) Place 1.5-2 tbsp aoili sauce on bottom bun, then your cajun chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with top half of bun that has the melted cheese.
5.) Enjoy!
