    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, yellow, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup (remove)
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 8 oz (remove)
    *Soup, beef broth, bouillon, consomme, prepared with equal volume water, commercial, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)

Directions

Brown beef and onions, add tomatoes and other liquids. Simmer for a couple of hours. Add vegetables, simmer for about 4 hours. Add mushrooms and seasonings as you like.
