Ingredients

    1# Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1" cubes
    2 cups light mayonaise
    3# cooked diced potatoes,1/2" dice
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced red pepper
    1/2 cup bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 oz. pkg. real bacon bits

Directions

Melt Velveeta in microwave at 50% power for 5 minutes and then mix with the 2 cups of light mayonaise. Put potaoes, onion, bell pepper and black pepper in bowl then combine with cheese mixture. Top with 3 oz. package of real bacon bits and then bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or til heated though and browned.
