    - Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) - 2 cups (cooked)
    - Pasta cooked - 50 grams
    - Red pepper - 1 cup (chopped)
    - celery, raw - 1 cup (diced)
    - Carrots, raw - 1 cup (grated)
    - Cucumber (with peel) - 1 cup (diced)
    - Kraft Tartar Sauce - 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingrediens, season with salt and pepper and enjoy.

    Very Good
    Used a fat free honey mustard dressing and put over a bed of lettuce. Add precooked chicken for those that need more protein. - 7/13/10
