1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pkt sweetener (optional, it can be substituted with honey)
Directions
Blend peanut butter and eggs until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into sprayed loaf pan and smooth top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
