Ingredients

1 1/2 lb peeled raw med shrimp
    1 tsp creole seasoning
    8 oz linguine
    2 Tbs margarine
2 green onions chopped or 1/4 cup oninon chopped
2 garlic cloves minced or 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup evaporated non fat milk
1/2 tsp tabasco sause or less
    1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

Tips

I like to thicken the sause a little bit more than the orig recipe so i add 2tsps of cornstarch mixed in a little water to the boiling sause.
another thing that I have started to do is add some mixed veggies to it (the one with snow peas in it)

Directions

toss shrimp with ceole seasoning set aside as you cook your pasta with a little salt in a large pan melt marg. add onion and garlic and shrimp cook 3-5 min or till shrimp in cooked through remove from pan and add milks and tabasco turn down heat some and let boil for 10 min or untill slightly thick stir in shrimp onion garlic and parsley then toss with pasta
