    Ingredients:

    Psyllium Husk, colon pure, purified, GNC 1 rounded tsp.
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Sweet Cherries, 1 cup, without pits
    Spinach, fresh, 3.5 cup
    vanilla Coconut Milk beverage, SO Delicious, 4 oz
    Chobani - Greek Yogurt Non-Fat, Plain 5 oz= 2/3 cup
    3 cups ice

Tips

*the ice is added to insure water is added to compensate for the fiber
*use whatever fruit you want instead of cherries. I have found that blueberries or strawberries work as well


Directions

blend fruit, milk,yogurt, cherries, flax, and psyllium till smooth, add spinach, blend till smooth, add ice till smooth.
