Ingredients

    1 can of Safeway Select Refried Beans, fat free
    1 can of Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce
    1 cup of Sargento Reduced fat 4 Cheese Mexican
    8 Don Pancho corn tortillas

Directions

Heat tortillas in microwave until soft enough to roll. Heat beans enough to spread. Spread beans in middle of each tortilla and roll up. Use a baking dish that allows enchiladas to be touching. Spread sauce and cheese on top and bake for 20-30 minutes.
