Ingredients

    Ice

    1 scoop Secure Peanut Butter Complete Meal Replacement powder

    1 medium sized banana

    2 tbs Greek yogurt, plain nonfat

    1/2 c Silk Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla

Tips

You can substitute any dairy milk for the Almond milk, but I love the low calorie/high calcium appeal of the Almond milk


Directions

Add ice to blender, then banana, yogurt, 1scoop Secure Peanut Butter and Almond milk. Blend for 1 minute and enjoy.
