Ingredients

    2 Small onions diced
    1/2 T. Ground Cumin
    3 Garlic Cloves Minced
    1 C Yellow Squash Diced
    1 C. Zucchini Diced
    1 Packet McCormick sloppy Joes seasoning
    1 Pound 93% lean ground turkey
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Tips

This tastes even better the next day, so if you can prepare ahead of time.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except seasoning packet, cook until turkey is cooked through, and vegetables are tender, add seasoning packet, mix well and simmer for about 5 - 10 min.
