Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef (at least 90% lean, less than 10% fat)
    1 whole yellow onion, chopped
    1 whole bell pepper, chopped
    1 can of dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes (do not drain)
    1 can Hunt's Roasted Garlic tomato sauce (8 oz)
    1 package "Wick Fowler's Famous 2 Alarm Chili Kit"
    water

Directions

Brown ground beef with diced onions and bell peppers in nonstick pan/pot. Drain well. Mix drained beef mixture with tomatoes (do not drain), beans, all the seasoning packets from the 2 Alarm Chili Kit. Add 3/4 to 2 cups water, to desired thickness. Let simmer on stovetop on low-medium for at least 30 minutes, or in crockpot on low for several hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
