    almond butter-1.5 cups
    cocount oil- 1 tbsp
    agave syrup- .5 cup- ( or to taste )

    oatmeal- 3 cups
    ground almonds .5 cup
    chia or flaxseed ground- 4 tablespoons
    ground seasame seed - 4 tbsp
    protein powder- 3 scoops


you can substitute all kinds of ingrediants


mix all dry ingrediants together.
heat soft ingrediants and blend.
Blend all together, mix well.
spread in 9x9 pan
spread thin layer of melted dark chocolate on the top

Serving Size: approximately 25 pieces-depending on how big
