    1lb ground turkey
    1can (19oz) old el paso enchillada sauce
    1 1/2c shredded fiesta cheese
    10 corn tortillas


i use ground turkey for a little bit of healthier reason. you can use ground beef instead. i also use corn tortillas... i like them better. you can substitute flour.


heat oven to 375. spray 13*9inch baking dish. cook ground turkey. stir in 3/4c of sauce and 1c of the cheese.
spoon mix into tortillas. roll and place seam side down in baking dish.
pour remaining sauce over top. sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.
