Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1/2 cup Strawberries
    1/2 cup Blueberries
    1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
    1/2 cup Low fat plain yogurt
    1-2 TBsp Flax Seed
    1-2 cups of Ice

Tips

Substitute or add other favorite fruits. When you have fruits to use up, throw them in the blender with yogurt, flax and pineapple juice or orange juice.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings. 8-12 oz. each depending on ammount of ice.
