Ingredients

    3/4 cup Long grain white rice
    1 cup chopped poultry
    1 15 oz. can of mixed vegetables, drained
    10.75 can of chicken broth
    1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
    soup
    1/2 cup English Peas
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray casserole dish with Pam
Add all ingredients stir well
Place in oven cook for 45 min.
Makes 4 2 cup servings

    THIS SOUNDS SIMPLE AND YUMMY. SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I BUY 5-10 LBS OF CHICKEN BREASTS, BAKE THEM N THEN CHOP THEM UP AND PUT ABOUT 1-2 CUPS IN FREEZER BAGS SO I'M ALWAYS READY FOR THIS TYPE OF RECIPE. GONNA TRY IT THIS WEEK. - 4/5/08
