Ingredients

    8 oz Tender Chuck Stead
    1 tsp dark sesame oil, divided
    2-3 green onions, chopped
    2 cups packaged cabbage and carrot mix
    1 package beef ramen (full block)
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Directions

Thinly slice steak across the grain. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in wok, add steak and green onions; stir-fry until meat is no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Heat remaining oil and add cabbage; stir-fry until cabbage has turned opaque 2-3 mins. Remove and keep warm. Add water and 1/2 seasoning packet; bring to boil. Add noodles and cook until most of the water is absorbed. Add cabbage and meat and soy sauce. Cook until heated and all water is absorbed.
