Ingredients

    1 frozen chicken breast
    1 cup salsa
    3 T sour cream

Tips

If you use chicken cutlets, the cooking time is cut considerably. You could try different salsas for slightly different tastes, too.


Directions

Put frozen chicken breast and salsa into slow cooker. Cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8. In the last half hour, remove chicken and shred with fork. Add the sour cream to the salsa and stir. Return chicken to the pot.

Serve over rice. (not included)
