Ingredients

    Eggs
    Heart Smart Bisquick
    Stick of Butter
    Mrs. Dash original seasoning
    Cottage cheese - select your own % milkfat
    Milk - I use skim
    11 oz. Green Giant Corn nibblets (can)

Tips

Serve with fresh Salsa and sour cream


Directions

Beat eggs
melt butter
mix all together in a bowl
Spray 2 pie pans with Pam original cooking spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 12 servings depending on how large you cut the slices
