    2 tbl Butter
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 stalks of celery, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon splenda
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon fresh marjoram, finely chopped, or 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1 quart chicken stock
    1 28-ounce can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
    1/4 cup 2% milk (optional)
    Butter, for greasing skillet


Heat butter in a large skillet over med high heat.
Add Onion, Celery, and Carrots. Sautee for 3 min, add garlic and cook for another 3 min or until vegetables are soft.
Pour vegetables in a food processor, pulse vegetables but you will want your mixture to be a little chunky.
