Ingredients

Crust:
4 oz lite cream cheese
3 egg whites
1/3 cup fat free half and half
1/2 tsp taco seasoning
8 oz low fat cheddar cheese
Topping:
1lb ground turkey
3 tsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup tomato sauce
4 oz chopped green chilies
8 oz low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
1. For the crust, beat the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
2. Add the cream and seasoning.
3. Grease a 9x13 baking dish; spread the cheese over bottom.
4. Pour in the egg mixture as evenly as possible.
5. Bake at 375, 25-30 min
6. Let stand 5 mins before adding topping
7. For topping, brown the turkey; drain fat.
8. Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce and chilies.
9. Spread over crust.
10. Top with cheese.
11. Reduce oven to 350 and bake another 20 mins or so until hot and bubbly.
