    5 Links of Villa Roma Sweet Turkey Italian Sausage (casings removed)
    1 package Barilla Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti
    1 28oz can Stater Bros brand Peeled Crushed Tomatoes
    1 cup Stater Bros brand Reduced Fat Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 tsp Emeril's Italian Seasoning
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup onions
    1 cup green bell pepper
    nonstick spray


Cook thin spaghetti as directed.

Using nonstick spay cook onions and bell peppers until crisp-tender about 3 minutes.
Continue stirring and add water and cook onion and bell peppers until tender.
Add sausage and using your spoon break up the sausage while cooking and cook until browned.
Add tomatoes and italian seasoning and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer covered about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 and spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Add the thin spaghetti to the skillet mixing well to combine all ingredients.
Fill the casserole dish with half of the thing spaghetti mixture top with 1/2 cup of cheese, then place the remaining thing spaghetti mixture on top of the cheese and top that with the last 1/2 cup of cheese.
Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick using caution so that the foil does no touch the cheese.
Bake about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese and filling are bubbly and hot. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 14... 1/2-cup servings
