Ingredients

1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Quick Oats
1/4 Cup Applesauce
1 Egg
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Flax
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Tips
I use butter flavored pan to give the muffins a slight butter taste. This way you don't need to spread on butter, and you save the calories.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In small bowl, combine milk and oats. Let sit for 15 minutes.
3. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs and applesauce; stir in oatmeal mixture. Mix in remaining ingredients until just combined.
4. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin to 2/3 full.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
