Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, cooked, no skin, 5 ounces
    miracle whip or mayo 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp
    Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Cucumber (peeled and seeded), .5 cup, pared, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Walnuts, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Curry powder to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Tips

A great way to use chicken left over from dinner the night before It can be broiled, boiled, grilled or whatever. You do want it pretty plain, no bbq sauce :) Actually..now that I think about it.. bbq sauce might work...


Directions

Chop up everything pretty small, especially the onion and celery. Mix up in a bowl. Add seasoning to taste. Careful with the salt since the pickle relish already adds a good bit and there maybe some on the chicken depending on how it was prepared.
