Ingredients

    One 7oz. can of Kirkland Tuna, oil drained
    3/4 cup firm tofu small cubes
    One small can of high protein soy milk
    One can of tomatoes with chillies
    One can of pinto beans in chilli sauce
    1 tbs black pepper
    1 tsp Shanxi Vinegar
    1/4 cup minces onion
    1/2 cup minces sweet red pepper
    2 tbsp Thyme
    1 tsp garlic powder or on tbsp of garlic
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    Add more spices if you desire

Tips

I used pinto beans in chilli sauce. It added a nice flavor.


Directions

Put in all the ingredients (no brine from the beans, no oil from the canned salmon) and cook on low heat, stirring regularly.
