Introduction
Just a Taco Salad that my family likes and can be filling. Just a Taco Salad that my family likes and can be filling.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1 cups cooked Ground Beef
1 cup Onion, Chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1/2 cups Black Beans, Drained
2 cups Salad
3 tbsp Sour Cream
4 tbsp Salsa
Tips
Add as much salad as you want when putting this together. All you have to remember is the rest of it has calories so check you labels to see what is low enough to be considered okay to pile on as extra.
Directions
Chop onion, bell pepper, and Anaheim Peppers. Saute onions until they lose there color then add the peppers. Pull out of pan if you want but then add the ground beef and brown. Drain fat, and add Taco seasoning, finally add the black beans.
Guacamole:
Cut avocado and spoon out inside into bowl, add a spoonful of sour cream and mix well, chop tomatoes as large as you want add to the mix.
In a individual bowl add salad, meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
Add Tortilla chips on the side.
Serving Size: Makes 12 Servings
