    2 1/2 pound stew meat
    2 cup canned water chestnuts
    5 cup mushroom(s)
    1 cup onion(s)
    32 oz canned diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 cup Red Wine
    2 Tbsp sugar

    3 Tbsp uncooked tapioca
    1 1/2 pound baby carrots
