Ingredients

    6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
    1 package dry italian dressing
    1 can Cream of Mushroom
    1 can Mushrooms, undrained
    1 container of Onion & Chive Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup Dry Sherry
    1.5 cups Chicken Broth

Tips

Serve over rice.


Directions

Place chicken in crock pot.
Pour chicken broth over chicken.
Heat remaining ingredients in saucepan and pour over chicken.
Cook 8 hours on low.
