Ingredients

    Tomatoes, grape punnet
    1 Continental Cucumber
    500 grams Reduced fat fetta cheese
    12 Green Olives, Sliced
    Avacado
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    Basil, fresh

Tips

We used to put a spanish onion in too, but the children thought it was 'too spicy' but that goes very well too.


Directions

Cut tomatoes in half. Cube cucumber. Cube Fetta and slice olives and avacado. Mix in bowl. Add the Balsamic vinegar and put some fresh basil on top when serving.
