Ingredients

    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 jalapeno pepper
    2 medium tomatoes
    15 cloves garlic
    1/4 large onion
    3 stalks of celery
    5 fresh mushrooms
    1 can Diced tomatoes and green chilies (15 oz)
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained (15 oz)
    3 tbsp dried quinoa
    8 stalks of tarragon (fresh)
    1/4 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp sage
    2tsp italian seasoning
    3 c. water

Directions

Chop vegetables to desired size and put in pan on the stove. Add seasonings and water. Cook on medium-low heat until thoroughly cooked (I like to let it simmer for a couple of hours to really meld the flavors).
