Ingredients

    5 medium red potatoes, washed and peeled and rather thickly sliced
    1 16 ounce package smoked sausage - pork
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 tsp creole seasoning
    1/2 soup can water

Tips

It's fine to put smoked sausage in frozen, too


Directions

Peel and slice potatoes and onion. Layer Potatoes, onion, smoked sausage (you can add your on touch using other veggies). Pour cream of mushroom soup over this. Add 1/2 soup can of water. Cook on low for about 6 hours or on medium for about 3 or 4 hours.
